Why should everyone go to England for Nursing?
Well there are a few things that everyone should know about their health care system. For one, it has free health care. Patients even walk out with money in their pockets. As well, nurses who promote smoke cessation or healthy dieting will be paid for it. Now, I know it seems like I may be in it just for the money but to me this kind of health care system makes sense. They also provide round the clock doctors that you may call at anytime as well as making personal home visits.
Now, you cannot say this is a poor health care system!

That's actually really interesting. I know we have a nursing shortage here, but if the system does not fight for us here, what's the point?
I definitely agree. I don't even plan on staying in Canada even if there is a shortage cause I find that everyone here seems to complain about this health care system. To be honest with you, I want to work in a third world country for a little bit, well, I'm sure everyone does at some point, but yes, hopefully that will happen in the near future.
How about you? do you plan just to work here in Canada or would you like to branch off eventually?
